We are now Naviga!

Right away you will notice the new branding.  That is not all we have been up to as you will see below in this document.  For those curious on why we are shifting names see Newscycle Solutions rebrands as Naviga.

Release Highlights

Toggle Video Tease ON/OFF

It has always been our effort to drive more video playback and clicks into video content.  We are also aware that too much video playback has a cost.  Auto-playing video all the time is not ideal for everyone. You can now toggle off the video tease across your app.

My Apps

You will notice that when you enter at newscyclemobile.com that you will arrive at the multi-app overview page.  See all your apps in one easy view!

Permissions

We continue to improve permissions.  See all admins and contributors in one place.  New roles give you more control than ever.

App Settings

You can now do all your app management from the new Mobile Manager.

Navigation Changes

We are always trying to improve user flows.  We simplified our drawer navigation and consolidated everything under a single app with a single drawer.  Let us know what you think.

Weather Strip

You can preview and edit the weather tile on the front page of Mobile Manager.

Request New App

Admins can request new app in mobile manager.

Quick Push Page Scraper

Kept alive by popular demand.  Drop your url in and we will do our best to scrape your web page.

Analytics Changes

Google has announced that Google Analytics will stop allowing for analytics collection on Mobile apps in October.  We are still evaluating some go-forward options for analytics, but wanted to let you know in advanced that most clients will have to migrate any in house analytics collection off of Google Analytics by the October time frame.  At this time, we plan to continue support of ComScore, Quantcast and Chartbeat as free integrations.
