When you’re in the Naviga Mobile Manager page (where you send alerts, update content, etc) there is a purple messaging icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Looks like this:

You can click the Intercom bubble, and it will open a tab within Mobile Manager, and your message will be send to everyone on the team. I will generally be the first line of response, but I am able to triage your issue directly to the development team that needs to assist you. The message tab will look something like this:

You can search for articles about your question, or you can reach out directly to us. Using the Intercom platform to reach out is the quickest and easiest way to address issues. I’m able to get the whole team on one ticket, instead of forwarding around an email thread.
